0. Who controls your data
EVA is operated by Tax Deed Eva LLC, a limited liability company formed in Wyoming, United States, at 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. That company is the controller of the personal data described below.
1. Introduction
EVA is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy describes, in plain terms, what data we collect when you use the site, why we collect it, who processes it on our behalf and what you can ask us to do with it. It describes this product — not any earlier version of the site.
2. Data we collect
- Account data: your name, e-mail address, chosen language, plan and plan status. You give us this when you create an account.
- Use data: the properties you mark as favourites, so your list is there on your next visit.
We do not collect your phone number, your location, or any browsing profile. We run no analytics and no advertising trackers.
3. Cookies and browser storage
- eva-lang — the language you chose, so the site opens in it next time.
- Supabase Auth session cookies — they keep you signed in. Without them you would have to log in on every page.
- eva-theme — light or dark theme. This one is stored in your browser (localStorage) and never sent to our server.
There are no analytics, advertising or third-party tracking cookies. Fonts are served from our own domain, not from Google.
4. Requests to third parties
The aerial map on a property page loads its imagery tiles from the configured provider — the USGS National Map or Esri World Imagery. When you open a map, your browser requests those tiles directly from that provider, which means it sees your IP address. This is the only third-party request the product makes, it happens only on pages you open behind sign-in, and it sets no cookie of ours.
5. Who processes data for us
Supabase hosts our database, our authentication and the storage that serves the home page videos. Our hosting provider serves the site itself. Both act on our instructions.
6. Where the data is
Our database runs in the South America (São Paulo) region. If that ever changes, this page changes with it.
7. Why we use the data
- To give you access to your account and to the features of your plan.
- To show the site in your language.
- To keep your favourites between visits.
- To keep the service secure and to comply with legal obligations.
8. Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and everything attached to it. Write to the address on our contact page and we will answer.
9. What we never do
- We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising.
- We do not track you across other websites.
- We do not use your data to train any model.
10. Where the property data comes from
The auction and property information on this site is collected from official public sources — county clerks, property appraisers, county GIS and FEMA. It does not come from you, and nothing you do on the site is added to it.
